How far in advance should I book a marathon event manager?
For events with 500+ participants we recommend engaging at least 3–4 months before race day. For smaller runs of under 500, 6–8 weeks is usually sufficient for permits, logistics, and bib coordination.
Does Rungreen handle race permits and route approvals?
Yes. We assist with route design, police and municipality permission documentation, traffic management coordination, and other city-level approvals required for road running events in India.
Can Rungreen manage registration and participant communication?
We can align with your registration platform (Townscript, SportSplits, etc.) and provide bib and kit pickup counter management, participant communication templates, and expo support.
What timing systems do you support at the finish line?
We have experience coordinating with chip-timing vendors including SportSplits and RFID systems. We manage the finish arch, timing mat placement, and result communications on race day.
Do you handle medical support and safety at the event?
We coordinate with medical teams (ambulances, first-aid stations, course safety marshals) and can manage the safety planning layer, though direct medical services are subcontracted to certified medical vendors.
