("Rungreen", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, registering for an event, or purchasing a ticket, you agree to these terms.
1. About Rungreen Services
Rungreen provides event management, marathon and race operations, corporate engagement, CSR activation, event equipment rental, ticketing support, and related services across India. Event-specific pages may include additional rules, schedules, eligibility criteria, and participant instructions. Those event-specific terms apply along with this page.
2. Website Use
- You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and genuine inquiries or registrations.
- You must not misuse forms, payment flows, website content, images, event data, or contact details.
- We may update, suspend, or remove any page, feature, event listing, price, or offer without prior notice.
3. Event Registration and Participant Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing accurate participant, contact, emergency, and category details.
- Race entries, bibs, kits, timing chips, and entitlements are issued according to the selected event category.
- Participants must follow event rules, route instructions, safety briefings, venue rules, and directions from event staff.
- Rungreen may refuse participation or remove a participant for unsafe conduct, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of event rules.
4. Fitness, Health, and Safety
Running, trail, cycling, outdoor, and endurance events involve physical effort and inherent risk. By registering, you confirm that you are medically fit to participate, or that you have taken appropriate medical advice before joining. For minors, a parent or guardian must approve participation and may be required to submit additional consent.
5. Payments, Pricing, and Confirmation
- Event fees and service charges are displayed on the relevant booking or proposal page.
- Payment gateway fees, taxes, convenience fees, or processing charges may be added where applicable.
- A registration is confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation from the booking system or Rungreen team.
- If payment is deducted but confirmation is not generated, contact us with transaction details for verification.
6. Cancellation, Transfer, and Refunds
Refunds, cancellations, category changes, deferrals, and participant transfers are governed by the event-specific rules and our Refund Policy. Many race registrations are non-refundable because production planning, permits, kits, logistics, and vendor commitments are made in advance.
7. Event Changes and Force Majeure
Event dates, routes, venues, distances, start times, formats, kit contents, and services may change due to weather, permissions, safety requirements, government directions, venue constraints, public health concerns, operational issues, or events beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, Rungreen may reschedule, modify, merge, defer, or cancel an event in the interest of participant safety and operational feasibility.
8. Event Content, Photography, and Media
By attending or participating in an event, you consent to photography, videography, live coverage, timing data publication, and use of event media for documentation, promotion, sponsor reporting, social media, and future event communication, unless prohibited by law.
9. Intellectual Property
Website content, event names, copy, designs, photographs, videos, layouts, logos, and brand assets belong to Rungreen or its licensors unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, scrape, or commercially use them without written permission.
10. Third-Party Services
Our website may link to third-party services such as payment gateways, event ticketing partners, maps, analytics tools, social platforms, or partner websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rungreen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from website use, event participation, third-party services, schedule changes, venue restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through our website, lead forms, and booking processes is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of competent courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
